    60-Minute Trip Planning Consultation
    A comprehensive onboarding session designed to create a personalized travel experience. During this consultation, we'll learn more about your destination preferences, travel dates, budget, travel style, interests, and overall vision. This allows us to design a custom itinerary tailored specifically to you.

    Whether you're looking for inspiration or are ready to start planning, we'll help guide you every step of the way.

    After your consultation, you will receive a customized travel quote. If you choose to move forward with booking, the paid consultation fee will be applied toward your total trip cost. Once your quote is provided, payment plan details will be shared, and your initial payment will be due within 14 days to secure your trip.

  • We recommend booking:

    At Least 2-3 in advance for domestic travel
    3–6+ months in advance for international travel
    3–12 months in advance for peak seasons, holidays, destination celebrations, or large group trips

    The earlier you book, the better your options may be for pricing, availability, and payment flexibility.

  • Yes, we can assist with last-minute travel. However, availability may be limited, prices may be higher, and payment may be due in full depending on the supplier or travel dates.

  • Yes. We tailor travel options based on your budget while helping you maximize value, comfort, and overall experience.

Booking Fee

  • Yes. Together We Roam may charge a planning or consultation fee depending on the complexity of your trip. This fee allows us to provide dedicated research, personalized recommendations, itinerary support, and professional guidance throughout the planning process.

  • Our planning fees help cover the time, expertise, and care that go into creating a personalized travel experience. This includes researching destinations, comparing accommodations and activities, coordinating logistics, and designing an itinerary tailored to your preferences, budget, and travel style.

    We take the time to understand your vision and curate recommendations that align with your goals, ensuring a thoughtful and seamless planning experience from start to finish.

    The best part? If you choose to book your trip with us, your consultation fee will be applied toward your booking, making it an investment in your upcoming adventure rather than an additional expense.

Consultation Fees

  • Some travel packages, cruises, resorts, and group trips may be eligible for payment plans. Payment options depend on the supplier, trip type, travel dates, deposit requirements, and final payment deadlines.

    To secure your trip, you will only be required to pay the required deposit. Once your deposit is paid, we will provide a personalized trip payment schedule, allowing you to make payments toward your remaining balance over time.

  • No. Completing an inquiry form does not confirm your trip. Your trip is only confirmed once availability is verified and the required deposit or payment has been made.

  • Prices and availability are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed with payment. Travel prices can change quickly based on availability, supplier rules, and demand.

Payment Plans

  • Yes. Travel protection is a requirment for all travelers. It helps protect your trip investment against unexpected situations before or during travel.

  • Depending on the policy selected, travel protection may include coverage for trip cancellation, travel delays, medical emergencies, lost or delayed luggage, weather disruptions, trip interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

    Take photos of your items or make a note of the items are you packing. This helps down the road of item recovery.

  • Yes. We provide insurance in your travel plans.

  • Yes. Your travel is always covered by a trusted travel protection company.

Travel Insurance / Travel Protection

  • Yes. Together We Roam plans both domestic and international travel. We can help provide general guidance regarding passports, entry requirements, visa information, and travel advisories.

  • A passport is required for most international travel. Passport requirements depend on your destination, cruise itinerary, airline, and entry rules.

  • You should check your passport before booking international travel. Many destinations require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

  • We can help guide you toward official resources for visa and entry requirements. However, travelers are responsible for confirming and meeting all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for their destination.

Passports & International Travel

  • Absolutely. Together We Roam helps plan group trips for birthdays, girls trips, family vacations, retreats, destination weddings, cruises, corporate travel, and hosted travel experiences.

  • Host participation varies by trip and will be clearly listed on each featured trip page.

  • You can join a hosted trip by completing the featured trip inquiry or registration form. Your spot is not confirmed until availability is verified and the required deposit or payment has been made.

Group Trips

  • A hosted trip is when owner, Christine takes you on a journey in a group travel experience.

  • Christine only attends the Featured Vacations. Other than that she handles and manges your booking.

  • Most group trips require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines vary by trip and supplier.

Hosted Trips

  • Yes, flight options may be included when appropriate. Some packages include flights, while others may be land-only depending on the destination and supplier.

  • You may choose to book your own flights, but we recommend sharing your flight details with Together We Roam so transportation, arrival timing, and itinerary details can be coordinated when needed.

  • Airline delays and cancellations are handled by the airline. Together We Roam can help guide you on next steps when possible, and travel protection may provide additional support depending on your policy.

Flights

  • No. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until the required deposit or payment is made and the booking is confirmed by the supplier.

  • Quotes are time-sensitive and may change at any time based on availability, demand, airfare, resort pricing, cruise pricing, and supplier rules.

  • No. We have great rates and great access to things that make your money worth.

Pricing & Availability

  • Most trips require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary based on the supplier, destination, package, or group trip.

  • Final payment dates vary by supplier and will be shared during the booking process. Missing a final payment deadline may result in cancellation or loss of deposit.

    You will be required to make payments according to your agreed payment plan. Trips are typically split into 3 - 4 payments.

  • Together We Roam may provide reminders when possible, but clients are responsible for making payments by the required deadline.

Deposits & Final Payments

  • Yes, some group trips allow shared room options. Roommate details should be confirmed before booking.

  • If your roommate cancels, your package price may change based on the new room occupancy. Supplier and group trip policies will apply.

    We will always work with you.

  • Roommate matching may be available for select hosted group trips, but it is not guaranteed if there are more single roomed travelers.

Roommates & Room Occupancy

  • Cancellation and change policies depend on the airline, resort, cruise line, hotel, tour company, or travel supplier. Together We Roam will help you understand the policies that apply to your booking and assist you with next steps when possible.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the supplier, package, fare type, or group trip terms. Refund rules will be reviewed during the booking process whenever available.

    Likey Refunds are not possible, we will try our best to get travel credit or use your insurance for cancellation valid cancellation reasons.

  • Together We Roam provides support before and during your trip for questions, changes, emergencies, or unexpected travel issues. Travel protection is strongly recommended because it may provide additional support or coverage depending on your policy.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Traveler names must match the government-issued ID or passport used for travel. Incorrect names may result in airline issues, change fees, or denied boarding.

  • Name changes depend on the supplier, airline, resort, cruise line, or tour company. Fees or restrictions may apply.

    We try to avoid this request as much as possible by getting your passport imaiges.

  • You may be asked to provide full legal names, dates of birth, contact information, passport details when needed, room preferences, departure city, and any special travel needs.

Name Accuracy & Traveler Information

  • Travelers are responsible for reviewing all trip details, making payments on time, providing accurate traveler information, checking passport and entry requirements, reviewing travel protection options, and following all supplier policies.

  • Yes. Clients should review all names, dates, destinations, room types, flight details, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and travel documents as soon as they are received.

  • Travelers are responsible for confirming and meeting all passport, visa, vaccination, and destination entry requirements. Together We Roam may provide general guidance and direct clients to official resources when available.

Client Responsibilities

  • Communication may take place by email, phone, text, or scheduled consultation depending on your trip and planning stage.

  • Because pricing and availability can change, we recommend responding as soon as possible when you receive travel options.

  • Together We Roam responds to inquiries during regular business hours. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, peak travel seasons, or while assisting other clients.

Communication

  • Yes. Together We Roam provides support before and during your trip in case of questions, changes, or travel concerns.

  • Because pricing and availability can change, we recommend responding as soon as possible when you receive travel options.

  • We may have access to select offers, perks, upgrades, packages, or supplier promotions that are not always available to the public. More importantly, we help save you time, reduce stress, and provide guidance throughout the planning and travel process.

  • A travel advisor provides expertise, personalized recommendations, destination guidance, time savings, planning support, and assistance if something unexpected happens. Together We Roam helps make the process smoother from inquiry to departure.
